overtimecalculator.fyi is a free, browser-based tool. We don't ask you to sign up and we don't collect personal information about you. All overtime calculations happen locally in your browser — your hours and pay rate never leave your device.

Information we don't collect

• We don't store your timesheet entries or pay rate on any server.
• We don't sell or share data with third parties.

URL parameters

When you click "Share link", your inputs (hours, pay rate, mode) are encoded into the URL itself so the result is reproducible. This information lives in the link you share — not on our servers.

Cookies & analytics

The calculator itself does not require cookies. If we add privacy-respecting analytics (such as Google Analytics) or advertising (such as Google AdSense) in the future, those services may set cookies and collect aggregated, non-personal usage data (such as page views, country, device type) to help us improve the site and fund hosting. You can opt out via your browser settings or extensions like uBlock Origin.
